Tuna Salad on Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

8 Romaine Lettuce Wraps

3 Cans of White Albacore Tuna

2 TBSP Dijon Mustard

2 Hard Boiled Eggs

2 Stalks of Celery

1/3 Cup Light Mayo

1/4 Cup Red Onion

Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste

Instructions:

Dice the celery and boiled eggs, mix all ingredients except romaine together and keep in refrigerator until ready to use. Once ready, add desired amount to romaine lettuce wraps.
